We offer a transfer service, available from June to September, from and to the main public transport hubs in the area.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
• Your booking must have been made directly with the hotel (through the website or the reservations centre)
• For stays of a minimum of 7 nights
• Not available for Suite Mediterranea with terrace rooms
• Subject to prior request at the hotel reception or reservations department and subsequent confirmation by the hotel
• Service available from June to September (outside these dates please check availability with our reception)
• The train stations of Tarragona, PortAventura and Reus and the AVE Tarragona Camp; Tarragona, Reus and Salou bus stations and Reus airport.
ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL RECEPTION THAT THE TRANSFER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE, YOU SHOULD DO THE FOLLOWING:
• Our vehicles cannot park for more than five minutes in front of the station/airport. Therefore, we ask you to telephone the driver to come and pick you up once you have reached your destination and collected your suitcases (Tel: (+34) 977.350.048).
• Provide the reception with the following information: pick-up point, expected time of arrival, number of persons (specify how many adults and children), number of suitcases (only one suitcase per person can be accepted), flight/train/bus number, flight/train/bus point of origin.
• Advise at least one day in advance of any possible changes to your arrival/departure times.
• Your return transfer must be confirmed with reception at least 48 hours in advance.
