CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Reservations can be canceled at no cost up to 24 hours before your arrival. If you cancel outside this period or do not show up, we will charge the price of the first night.
For reservations between 06/16 and 09/16, we will charge 1 night if you cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival.
ECO FRIENDLY CLEANING SERVICE
In 2023 we changed our cleaning service to make it more sustainable.
How does it work? We will still come to your room every day to clean the floors and bathroom (without water), take out the rubbish and make the beds. And once every three nights, we will do a general cleaning with water.
And if you need or prefer standard cleaning (with water every day), don’t worry: just let reception know.
IS THERE ANY DRESS STANDARD OR PROTOCOL IN THE HOTEL? / DRESS CODE:
For dinner service in the hotel's buffet restaurant, formal dress is required, and sportswear, tank tops (men), swimsuits, beachwear or similar are not allowed.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE A SHOWER OR BATH?
All rooms have shower only (except Family Apartments and some Suite Mediterranea Top-Floor Club). If you need it, we have portable bathtubs for the little ones.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE A MICROWAVE?
Some of our Club room (located in the attics) and the our Acacias Apartments (located in the annex building) have microwaves. You can also find one at your disposal in the restaurant's buffet and in the Baby Corner.
WHAT HOURS DOES THE RESTAURANT HAVE?
Our buffet restaurant, Xaloc Restaurant, offers services of bed and breakfast, half board and full board.
Breakfast: from 7.30 to 10.30
Lunch: from 13.00 to 15.00
Dinner: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(At certain times of the year, lunch and dinner times may vary slightly)
You can also enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine that offers the a la carte restaurant, Arena Tapas Restaurant. You will find tapas and short order dishes made with fresh, locally-produced and seasonal ingredients and the personal touch of our chefs. It is open from 12h00 to 23h00 on high season (at certain times of the year, lunch and dinner times may vary slightly)..
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL MENU?
We have some gluten-free products on the buffet and the necessary information about allergens on our menus. Our Maitre d 'will help you with whatever you need.
In the buffet there is a section of integral or dietary products as well as some vegetarian dishes, and of course, you always have products designed for the little ones (pasta, potatoes, croquettes, etc.)
CAN I REQUEST A PUREE?
Occasionally if you need it, we can prepare one with the products of the day displayed in the buffet.
WHAT SPECIAL ACTIVITIES ARE SCHEDULED FOR CHILDREN?
Free snack in the afternoon
Dance and games with our mascot, the Blaumar Duck
Kite flying on the beach at sunset.
Special environmental education activities: “We plant a flower”, “We make oil soap”, etc.
Other activities: Inflatables in the pool, Cookies or fruit skewer workshops, etc.
IS THERE A DAY CARE SERVICE?
Our miniclub admits children from 4 years old, and the presence of parents is always required at the hotel.
BABY CORNER
In the hotel lobby we have created a small corner equipped to meet the needs of the little ones (microwave, bottle warmer, nursing chair and other accessories). You can use it whenever you need it.
UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN I BATHE IN THE POOL?
The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. depending on the time of year. One day a week during high season we extend the hours and you can enjoy bathing until 00.00.
POOL TOWELS SERVICE
Fee: 1€. We can provide you with towels for the swimming pool. Each change of towel has a fee of €1. All the money collected this way will be donated to a charity or an environmental organisation at the end of the year and will be published on our social media profiles.
CAN I RENT ELECTRIC CHAIRS OR STROLLER CHAIRS?
